2 Design Challenges/Requests

If anyone fancies two Aerospace Challenges - which will be used in my AU.

The first is the Peregrine type WarShip.  It's fluffed more in ISP 3 than anywhere under 200,000 tons and "lightly armed"

The second is a bit more detailed from Wars of Reaving (no Not the Leviathan Prime) instead I'm on about the Hell's Horses Yardship fluffed partially on Page 35 of Reaving.  HH-1 is detailed as:
     - being compact
     - the primary maintenance for naval vessels including WarShips upto half a million tons
     - Construction capabilities for small craft, aerospace fighters and DropShips upto 5,000 tons
     - Reinforced repair bays
     - Hardpoints for DropShips to be permenantly mounted as desired
     - Hardpoints for conventional DropShip transport

The report suggests it will exceed some or all of these specifications.

I haven't had nearly enough time recently to play about with naval ships but anything anyone comes up with will be considered and with the designers permission will feature in my AU.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

Unfortunatly I do own a copy of ISP 3, but I can at least offer a possible version, sorry no fluff for the ship since I do not have access to the book.

But from what I heard it's a pre clan tech level warship so I designed it with IS level II rules, and tried to keep it lightly armed.

All the info that's in ISP3 is in what I posted!!  Very short on info on the craft other than the Green Ghosts apparently have one

They were apparently commissioned during the Golden Century so could go either way as the Clans prioritised Mech forces for Clan tech.  Either way it's a nice attempt.

LOL okay sorry for that, I have a older yardship design that I think might match your needs, I will update and post sometime today, I would be greatly gratified if either of the designs will be accepted.

opps will have to wait until I get home in 8 hours dont have my rules for Reinforced Repair Bays with me.

It seems that there's no further interested parties so I've gone 50/50 with a couple of small changes...

I'm going to go with Corsair_SG's Peregrine but I'm going to reduce the NAC/10 bays to 2 per bay, increase the fighters to 10 (a Clan Star), drop a DropShip and increase the conventional marines to two stars worth otherwise the same.

I'm going with Epoch Rooster's Yardship but with Corsair_SG's Production facilities off the Forge-class

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.
