An extension of this thread and a step into the future of my Alternate timeline.  The fluff is purely from my AU.

   16 Hyper Assault Gauss Rifle - 40

Overview
Developed in conjunction with the Pelican-class Landing Craft, Small Craft, the Halcyon-class Cruiser was the first Hell’s Horse WarShip designed and built in the Inner Sphere.  This vessel though small for a Cruiser the vessel was the first built at the Clan’s new shipyards and was quite capable with some of its unique capabilities.

Capabilities
Though possessing only a small engine compared to other large WarShips the Halcyon a bit sluggish and was not developed to win a race it was designed to take damage and deal out plenty damage too.  Designed with a durable Structural Integrity and with over seven hundred tons of Lamellor Ferro-Carbide armour the vessel can take some damage until it closes on the enemy vessel.
Offensively the Halcyon is strange for all Clan and modern Inner Sphere WarShips for it has not a single laser, or particle, based weapon system instead relying exclusively on various types of Autocannon, Gauss Rifle and Long Range conventional missiles.  This provides the Halcyon with a heavy hitting weapons array if shorter lived than other craft due to the use of ammunition based systems.
The ship’s forward weapons consist of a Heavy Naval Gauss Rifle supported by four class-35 Naval Autocannonss, Clan-made Rotary Autocannons and Anti-Missile systems.  In the ships remainder arcs a mix of twenty-eight Class-30 Naval Autocannons, Clan Rotary Autocannons, Fifteen-tube Long Range Missile Launchers, mammoth class 40 Heavy Assault Gauss Rifles and anti-missile systems divided equally by the arcs.  These weapons are able to inflict serious damage on any opponent up to long range though they excel close in and when using bracket fire enemy fighters and DropShips stand no chance.
This does not end the Halcyon’s capabilities however as well as being equipped with a mobile Hyper Pulse Generator, as is standard on most Clan Capital vessels, the vessel is equipped to carry an entire Cluster of ground troops which mixes every type of Clan ground and aerospace unit.  Firstly it carries a single star, ten, of aerospace fighters for defence, attack and escort.  Then there are a Trinary, thirty, of Pelican-class Small Craft, these landing craft are each capable of carrying up to one hundred tons of encased cargo, including heavy vehicles.  Alongside the Pelicans are thirty heavy vehicle bays, an entire Trinary, each equipped with ceramic drop cocoons.  In the next cargo bay are fifteen OmniMechs, another Trinary of troops, which can be dropped with ceramic drop cocoons by themselves.  Alongside these Mechs are berths for fifteen points, seventy-five, Battle Armour troopers an entire Trinary of Elemental troopers like the Mechs these troops can be dropped with cocoons or be transferred to Pelican Landing Craft.  Alongside these OmniMechs and Battle Armour troopers the Hell’s Horses chose to include a full Trinary, seventy-five, of ProtoMechs though these pint-sized BattleMechs were yet to be common amongst most Clans the Hell’s Horses had begun to equip entire Trinaries with ProtoMechs and attach them to Clusters or Galaxies as conventional armour hunters.  Like the OmniMechs and Battle Armour the could be dropped individually onto a planet’s surface with ceramic cocoons directly dropped from the WarShip’s belly.  Finally and possibly most unique about the Halcyon-class is the three hundred-and-seventy-five conventional marines aboard the vessel, unlike most Clan marines these are non-Battle Armoured marines and each trooper is provided with their own basic quarters on board the ship instead of barracks seen on other ships why this move was taken is unknown however the sheer number of marines makes them a potent defence force.
In the final cargo bay there is almost 79,000 tons of Cargo for their ground forces and for spare parts.  Additionally the Halcyon has two DropShip Collars each of which are normally equipped with Outpost-class DropShips that can bring another Trinary of Ground troops to the battle themselves allowing the craft to being the equivalent to six Trinaries of troops to a battlefield.

Deployment
The first Halcyon-class cruiser came online with Clan Hell’s Horses in 3086, the Pillar of Autumn.  This vessel is rumored to have already engaged in a major naval action however the Hell's Horses have remained tight lipped about the incident.  Following this deployment came deployments with Clan Sea Fox, Clan Snow Raven and Clan Nova Cat.  So far these vessels have not seen much combat and what has happened has been Classified by the Clan’s Watch.

Overview
When developing their new Halcyon-class Cruiser, Clan Hell’s Horses decided to develop a new small craft to assist their varied ground troops in making landfall on a planet.  The end result was the Pelican-class Landing Craft one of the most specialised Small Craft ever developed.

Capabilities
With just over a quarter of its mass devoted to the engine the craft can reach modest speeds as it moves from space to the ground.  Twenty tons of fuel allows the craft to keep flying for extended periods, making it useful for planetary duties as well, while ten tons of Clan-grade Ferro Aluminium armour the craft is able to sustain moderate amounts of damage.
In the aft of the main hold of the craft is a fifty-seven ton cargo bay. Fifty tons of this mass is given over to a carnivores Battle Armour bay for Clan Elementals, as this bay can be turned over to open space with the Elementals in their armour the ships can also be used as Marine border craft.  The rest of the seven tons cargo bay is just behind the two-seat cockpit and is fully pressurized.
Offensively the craft mounts a pair of brand-new Anti-Personnel Gauss Rifles gained from the Ghost Bears in trade these weapons are decent close defence weapons and each gun is provided with a ton of ammo held in a CASE protected ammo bin.  In each wing is a six-tube Advanced Tactical Missile Launcher with three tons of ammo for both launchers, these missiles can be of any of the ATM’s specialized ammunitions like the Gauss Ammo these missiles are held in CASE protected bins.
Finally the Hell’s Horses engineers decided to mount two pieces of
specialized equipment, firstly was a set of lifting gear to the rear of the craft.  This lifting gear equipment is capable of holding one hundred tons of equipment that when encased in a heat cocoon can survive re-entry into a planet’s atmosphere.  The second piece of equipment to be mounted was the Watchdog Composite Electronic Warfare System, an experimental piece of equipment initially developed by the Smoke Jaguar Clan, this combined an ECM Suite and a Light Active Probe system into one unit and was still prone to glitches.  The system is specifically mounted to provide the Pelican with a better picture of the ground as it comes in to drop off ground troops.

Deployment
With the development of the Halcyon-class Cruiser the Pelican is almost exclusively deployed with it, though some other Clans have gained it and use it as part of the infrastructure on other worlds.  Since the Hell’s Horses class this craft as a line battle asset it is unlikely they will use the Pelican in such a way.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.
