Not really a monitor just a really big Pocket WarShip with drone controls.

Pretty nasty with the thrust and Clan tech

Full Naval Lasers on a DS?  Thought they were restricted to WS leaving Sub-Caps for DS

when you say Monitor do you mean warship with no KF drive ora 100,000 ton dropship that is armed to the teeth.

I wouldn't worry about the former cause it would have the design quirk "Illegal" and would stand  a chance of breaking apart every 6 turns.
