==Overview:==
Currently in Prototype evaluation, The Blawk Hawk is the forerunner of a new
series of dropship escorts. The blawk itself is intended for Intercept Duty
and missile bombardment support, it's secondary role is comprised of Anti
fighter and Dropship combat.

   Equpped with some of the most advanced weapons and defensive technologys
available to the Beast Clan, The Blawk Hawk is built to battle and survive in
the more leathel battlespace in these modern times.

 Unfortunatly these capabilities are matched in a high price per combat unit.
Despite at this time the design is being considered for a large production run
by the BC PProcurement Quartermasters Division.



==Capabilities:==
Primarly armed with 8 Katyusha  Sub Capital Missile launchers of the Piranha
class for capital long rance combat ability.
    The Blawk Hawk is the first of the Beast Clan's dropship escorts with the
ability to engage targets at such ranges.

Supporting the Sub Capital weapons is the 8 Zeus LRM 15+Artimes IV forward and
stern launchers, this allows the Blawk Hawk to vlley missile support at
conventional ranges.

 The Primary firepower of the Black Hawk is energy based once combat is
engaged at more conventional ranges

 This takes the form of 19 Johnston High Speed ER PPCs for long range combat.

 Medium range combat is addressed by the Blawk Hawks battery of 14
Thunderbolt-12 Large Pulse Laser's.

 Instead of being equipped with the current style of ballistic based Anti
Missile Systems, the Blawk Hawk is equipped with the first production run of
15 Laser Ati Missle Systems of the  MainFire Point Defense line.

 The Blawk Hawk is equipped with  BC Rolis Kamper Standard which provide 4g's
of thrust and 6g's of Overthrust, this allows the ship to match the fastest
dropships currently in service.

 Armor protection is provided by the latest generationof composite armor
wwhich provide 24 percent more protection than exsisting standard armor.

This in trun gives the Black Hawk unheard protection for a dropship of it's
tonnage.

 Almost as a after thought the Blawk Hawk is equppedwith two Small Craft and a
organic compliment of thirtey six Marine Battle Armor Troopers for boarding
parties or to repel boarders.


==Variants:==
 There is a non sub cap armed version on the boards.  Only it would be
equipped with standard technologys.  Allowing the design to be considered for
possible export and secondary defensive squadrons

==Deployment==
 While the Blawk Hawk is becoming the new Assault Interceptor of the BC battle
fleets, a study is also being under taken to see about the feasibilty of using
the dropsips as raider's.

 The proposed plan would have 3 Black Hawks and 1 Multimission dropship with
caro/supply dropship support operating from Star Lord jumpships.

 It would give the BC Navy more flexibility and in turn lessen the need to
deploy actual capital class ships for raiding missions or anti convoy duty.
