he idea i had was incorporating a Mass Driver with Armored Troop Tansport Cruuiser something along the lines of a Avalon class i have read about such ships in Scifi novels and even some corney B grade movies from the late 70's and 80's, and even seen references of them in the old Renegade Legion RPG, as mean have stated the Mass Driver is not really a effective ship killer but i felt tht as a fire support option against hard targets like armored battlestations or fortified planetside tagets of the military sort it might be more usefull for pinpoint nuclear grade firepower with out the actual nuke portion.

Please input thought and suggestions.

It seems plausible, given the way territory switches hands back and forth, but I think the N-Gauss is what you want in terms of a mass driver.

Certainly ortillery leaves no lasting radiation, anyway.

True after i looked over the mass driver Texas i made versus a 8 HNGR fire group for the same texas, the firepower was greater and also had more range, thanks for the suggestion
