I played around in HM:Aero a little bit, and it would have to be even bigger than a Colossus, Takiro.  With 45 OmniMechs, 30 OmniFighters, and 75 Elementals and the same 20 SI as the Colossus it would have to be in the 31,000-33,000 ton range.  And have virtually NO cargo space at 31k (33k gets you 3,400+ tons of cargo).  Armament would be just a tad better than a Colossus, with two Gauss Rifles (60 shots each), two ER PPCs, three Large Pulse Lasers, and four Medium Pulse Lasers (fore-and-aft), with the fore-and-aft quarters substituting two LRM-20s with Artemis IV (and 60 shots each) for the Gauss Rifles.

That would leave just enough room for four White Sharks (15 missiles each) in the quarters-arcs and a single Killer Whale in the nose (also with 15 missiles).

Even with max armor, it would have just around 320 on the nose and sides; the rear would be weaker (around 270 or so).

And the thing would be restricted to a 3/5 thrust profile!  It might not be doable.
