In Turn they tested each Clan namesake in trial against the Ice Hellion's mettle. Each chased the Ice Hellion, hunting it down. All failed to match the predator's speed and grace. Khan Cage smiled and said, "And that is how we shall be."

Because it is an alternate reality!
You'll have to wait and see Rainbow 6. I will say I like the Warrior Houses and see no reason to ban them outright from our retelling.

I was wondering as the conditions that lead to the formation of the warrior house regiments might not exist here.

Well that will depend on the route the punch drunk CapCon staggers down. The question is what impact would a surviving TH/TR have on the Original-BT SS.
The one that profits the most will be the FS. It got very little of the loot in O-BT while two of it's principal enemies got alot. As long as hybris or megalomania doesn't grow to much on New Avalon the FS should be a big winner on the existance of the TR.
The LC get off second best, yes it lost out on grabbing many rich and prosperous worlds, but it gained a powerful allied against both it's enemies. Also among all the SS the LC was the one that least of all needed the rich TH/TR worlds. Perhaps intresting for the future is that the Terran corridor is still open vastly simplifying interstellar trade.
The FWL, despite fighting a costly war with the TR have made some expensive gains that are difficult to hold on to but so far they are still gains. The cost of the TR campaign should pull some of the FWL's teeth in other campaigns reducing it's fortunes against the CC and LC somewhat.
The DC could have used the many rich core worlds it picked up O-BT, rather than the fewer, costiler and bombed out wrecks they managed to conquer and hang onto in SD-BT. Adding a third yellow bird to the ones the Dragon had in O-BT while reducing it's economic gains from the core worlds will hurt the DC badly.
The CC, despite not fighting the TR, is probably the SS that will be worst off by the creation of the TR. Despite both the FWL and the DC fighting active campaigns against it. The absence of all those rich prosperous core worlds picked up cheaply will be a massive blow to the CC economy. The CC will be in a relatively weaker position to both the FWL and the FS than it was in O-BT, and it didn't do to well in that setting. As long as the FWL keeps fighting the TR the CC should have less pressure on that frontier but how long will the FWL continue to fight? In O-BT the FWL concluded an actual peace treaty with the LC, a peace between the TR and the FWL would make the CC a net looser on both it's frontiers.
Naturally alliances shift but IMPO the current situation in SD-BT is fairly stabil. The LC have no bone to pick with the TR and two common enemies. The trouble spot is the TR-FS-CC relations. Both the FS and the CC have one enemy in common with the TR and one they would like to have in common with the TR and if either suspects the TR tilting more to one side that could open a third front for the TR in a hurry.
So the circumstances for the warrior houses creation might well come along sooner rather than later in SD-BT. ( Particulary since SD-BT's God seems to like them. )

Cool, looking at the map most of the CapCon's losses in sw2 came in the former terran hegemoney.
