Here is the 3130 Map, now onto the hard stuff for 3144, then back in time, 2nd SW, 1st SW, 2750, pre and post Reunification War...

You know there is something wrong with the FWL, when Word's spell check changes Impavido to Impetigo and Zechetinu to Secretion.

very nice, one thing though you have the Irece Prefecture shaded differently from the Combine, I know the majority of the Nova Cats are still there but the Prefecture is fully under Combine control by 3135 the Nova Cat's just live there no longer fully in control

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

About the Irece Prefecture, no matter if shaded or not but it should be the same in the State Key window.
Currently with a shaded prefecture the State Key window just shows the same as for the rest of the DC.

That issue comes from the key using a layer you cannot see, but "talking" to the layer you can.  Usually I fix that, but obviously missed it on this occasion.
