3063 Inner Sphere Map

This map updates the Inner Sphere to show the demis of the Smoke Jaguar, Steel Viper and Nova Cat Occupation Zones and the arrival of the Hell's Horses.  The Capellans have advanced through the Chaos March and tken St. Ives and the Marian Hegemony and New Colony Region have altered the map of the Periphery.

All other values is a ArcGIS thing that I did not untick.  Basically, unseleected values get a generic color and by not unticking it, it appears in the key.
