This map follows the end of the Federated-Commonwealth Civil War and pre-dates the rise of the Word of Blake during the Jihad.

Again a State Key problem:
Hell's Horses OZ(Are out of the IS by that time and come back in November 3070 starting to eat into the Wolf occupation zone)
Ice Hellion OZ(They didn't come into the IS before spring of 3071.)
