Does anyone have the hard copy of Major Periperhy States.  If so are you able to scan the TC and MC maps, as I only have the PDF versions and they don't show the internal divisions of both states?

By a happy accident I actually ended up with 2 copies of Handbook: Major Periphery States. I won't be able to do it until this evening after work and errands but if no one beats me to the punch I'll definitely scan those for you.
