Restarting the Mapping Series

Thanks to the hard word of first Bad_Syntax and then VoltAmpere, I am going to take thier more accurate and detailed data and rebuild the mapping library.  I will start with the era maps we have data for, then move back into the campaign maps.  The older series of maps are still available, but will be replaced as I progress with the new series.
