CLAN WOLF

Clan Wolf possesses one of the most impressive of any Clan industrial base, with this military production supported by an equally impressive civilian sector.  The Wolves produce only the best, have the numbers and resources to Trial for and produce only the finest of machines for their Touman.  This success in producing the –OM series comes from the Clan’s early foray into OmniMechs.  Clan Wolf focused on upgrading SLDF designs to –O series first, like the Sentinel-O, Orion-O, Annihilator-O, Imp-O and Spartan-O then trialling two -O2 series designs, the Phantom-O2 and Lobo-O2.  this experience then meant that when the wolves turned to the –OM series, they rapidly built up their numbers and skill, based on solid experience with designs which are now a memory for the Wolf Clan.

WORLD   ENCLAVE OUTPUT RATING

Tranquil   147
Elsom   137
Eden   119
Paxon   55
Strana Mechty   49
Roche   38
Glory   25
Grant's Station   23
Tiber   19
Hoard   5

EDEN

As the grant of Nicholas Kerensky to their Clan, the Wolves have been diligent in Eden’s development and growth, ensuring that the Wolf enclave here is the most productive in the Pentagon, something their Jade Falcon and Smoke Jaguar rivals are never allowed to forget.

W-5 FACILITIES

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Gargoyle-OM Assault Mech [12]

W5 has long produced a limited run of Assault Mechs for Clan Wolf, the latest being the Gargoyle.

WOLF ARMOURWORKS

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Jagatai-OMF Heavy Fighter [24]
Jengiz-OMF Assault Fighter [12]
Ahab-OF Assault Fighter [12]

Wolf Armourworks is the only location in Wolf holdings were a non-OM series design is built.  However, the Wolves are looking to trade two OM designs to the Mandrills for specification to the massive Kirghiz, which will replace the Ahab in production here.

EDEN SPACE DOCKS

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Confederate class Dropship [7]
Broadsword class DropShip [4]
Mammoth class DropShip [2]
Hunter class JumpShip [4]
Liberator Assembly Facility [1]
Wolf Fleet Repair Docks [4]

The Eden Space Docks have long been the Wolf Clan’s main service and repair facility for their fleet.  Over time this facility was upgraded to produce both DropShips and JumpShips and later still the Liberator class Cruiser.  The Liberator dock has been busy for several years now producing nearly a dozen of the vessels for various Clans.

ELSOM

Elsom was the major prize for Clan Wolf during their foray into the Exeter Cluster and has since become their prime holding there.

W-XF COMPLEX

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Vandal-OMF Light Fighter [12]
Turk-OMF Medium Fighter [24]
Woodsman-OM Assault Mech [12]
Elemental Battle Armour [120]

The W-XF Complex was set up to ensure that units stationed in the Exeter had a ready source of replacement machines so that they did not have to wait for shipments from the Kerensky Cluster or Pentagon Worlds.

STRANA MECHTY

The original capital of the Clans is still the seat of government for Clan Wolf.  The world is also home to a significant proportion of Clan Wolf’s military industry, with the Wolves being the only Clan, bar the Ghost Bears to have such facilities on Strana Mechty.

WOLF CLAN SITE #1

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Dire Wolf-OM Assault Mech [12]

The massive a deadly Dire Wolf is built at this facility, much to the continued relief of Clan Wolf and the ongoing disgust of the Smoke Jaguars.

WOLF CLAN SITE #2

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Timber Wolf-OM Heavy Mech [24]
Linebacker-OM Heavy Mech [12]
Elemental Battle Armour [240]

Site 2 produces some of the most successful of Wolf Clan Mech designs as well as being the original site of Battle Armour production within Clan space.

WOLF CLAN AUXILIARY SITE #2

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Naga-OM Assault Mech [12]

The unusual Naga Assault Mech is produced here, the only OmniMech with a major fixed weapon system, the Arrow IV.  Speculation exists that the Naga line will soon be supplemented or replaced.

TIBER

Tiber has long been a Clan Wolf holding, but never a large one, but despite this the enclave has been developed significantly by the Wolves.

WC PRIMARY FACILITY 5

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Pouncer-OM Medium Mech [12]
Elemental Battle Armour [360]

Facility 5 is the Wolf Clan’s largest Battle Suit producer and recently began production of the new Pouncer-OM Medium Mech.

TRANQUIL

Tranquil is the Wolf clan’s single largest and most productive enclave, hence the development of a Mech facility here.  The neighbouring Smoke Jaguars have Trialled for the facility on seventeen separate occasions, loosing every time.

W-7 FACILITIES

PRODUCTS BUILT:

Kit Fox-OM Light Mech [24]
Ice Ferret-OM Medium Mech [24]

The Mechs built here go to the Wolf Striker and Battle Clusters and are respected for the abilities across the board.

You know there is something wrong with the FWL, when Word's spell check changes Impavido to Impetigo and Zechetinu to Secretion.

Only one they are really missing was the Phantom - a decent Mech but from it's fluff was only really introduced because of the Wolf experiences with the Inner Sphere on Phelan Ward's (lol) orders - so an acceptable miss I guess

Love the arrogance of the Wolves screams it from their production - main facility only ones other than the Bears to have most of their production on Strana Mechty.  They're basically saying "We are the Clans, Problem?"  Especially to the Jaguars

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

Pre-3067 designs are generally all there. Post-3067 designs are limited.

OK, I'll look into it, but if it is an -O2 series, it's OOP.
