I was doing some research and this is the Canon distribution of OmniMech Technology

Blood Spirit - Cooperative Trial with Fire Mandrills
Burrock - Won from Fire Mandrills
Cloud Cobra - Unknown, but aquired late
Coyote - Developed
Diamond Shark - Assistant Developer
Fire Mandrill - Won from Coyote
Ghost Bear - Salvaged from Hell's Horses
Goliath Scorpion - Salvaged from Fire Mandrills
Hell's Horses - Battlefield slavage from Fire Mandrills
Ice Hellion - Won from Coyote
Jade Falcon - Won from Coyote
Mongoose - Traded from Diamond Sharks
Nova Cat - Unknown
Smoke Jaguar - Won from Coyote
Snow Raven - Unknown
Star Adder - Salvaged from Mongoose
Steel Viper - Unknown
Widowmaker - Unknown
Wolf - Won from Jade Falcon
Wolverine - Won from Smoke Jaguars (my idea)

For the unknowns, this is something you will need to determine.  Also, let me know if I have missed anything or made errors.

I'd put money on Nova Cats trading from Sea Fox

Almost every source states the Nova Cats and Sea Fox were partners for the whole Golden Century the Nova Cats providing funding and supply while the Sea Fox did the leg work then splitting the resources.

I'd think the Nova Cats would have stipulated in the deal they get OmniMech tech - sharing their ER lasers in exchange (a seriously good deal Nova Cat wise if that all they traded but I doubt it)

Finally catched chaos.

Sent him my draft Idea. All points to a deal between them and the Burrocks.
Getting it late means either disinterest (doubtable) or inability. (Can happen. :) )

Chaos will tell you how its like when he has some more time. I guess.
