Hi guys,

I'm new here and found this place after stumbling across DragonCat's alternate timeline on the BattleTech forums.

I'm keen to look around here but thought some of you might be interested in popping over to check out Scrapyard Armory's online version of the classic Succession Wars boardgame. I'm an Admin at the site so feel free to shoot me any questions you may have but for those who want to take the plunge here's the link:-

We currently have 71 active games running across scenarios spanning from the Age of War (2550) through to 3145. Of course the two games that featured with the boxed version are in there too. :)

I look forward to seeing some of you there and chatting with you on these boards.

The incredible thing is that pretty much EVERY time period has been covered, meaning we could play consecutive games dating from the birth of the BattleMech right through to the current BattleTech timeline...

For those interested you can keep tabs on our latest test scenario beta game, Fourth Succession War Advanced.

This scenario (created by yours truly) features a massively expanded map and turns the table top Succession Wars game into more of a true strategic game. Lot's of low level raids and skirmishes abound with the occasional massed battle for strategically important objectives.
