Yeah, it flips between 2 viewpoints.  The plan is to color-code the sidebars so you can read all of it from one side before reading the other side.

This I had understood but the Blackies seems to carry on a war mission and they face resistance, they just say "let's get out and negotiate!".
This is the impression I got.

Hmm.  Thanks, I might have to expand on that.

It's an interesting take on WOB remnants finding the Wolverines, especially since it's been proven that the Blood mentioned in the second rumors book turned out to be a red herring to get the Clans to fight the Blakists. The increased use of drones and technicals seem like things the remnants would try to adopt to offset their adverse corrrelation of forces.

Would the New Clans adopt some of the technology the WOB left behind? Drones would be useful in building up numbers should the DezClans show up to continue their Annihilation. Even if the New Clans don't go crazy like with the VDNI, they might be inspired and create the Interface Cockpit.

VERY big 'Yep.'

But the big problem isn't creativity, it's realism. Some groups still run in infantry units (BA and ELMs) with Primitive Mechs and modern armored vehicles, like the Tundra Leopards I garrison units.  There isn't much of a common standard amongst them.

The New Clans will take to drones for the same reason the Wobbles did; economic and military reasons.

Beyond this point in time, I'm not sure how far they'll go towards Canon 3150 tech like that.  I don't agree with a lot of it, so it's more likely I'll pick and choose, then steal something like Cannonshop's Cutter concept.
