Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

You know there is something wrong with the FWL, when Word's spell check changes Impavido to Impetigo and Zechetinu to Secretion.

If only there was a Brick Tamland font, as I would have used it on that post.

I'm very interested for the book, but the cover is ehhh. SLDF paint schemes are awful, boring things.

why is that Wolverine II firing a Laser?

Because it was the 80s.  Everything fired lasers back then.  Didn't you watch G.I. Joe?

A couple of questions.  1) Why does that Atlas have a Rolls Royce Phantom grill on its face?  2) Is that a Battlemaster or a Zeus behind it?  And 3) What's with all the Chameleons?

1) That is the look of the SLDF ROyal Regiment upgraded AS7-D-H Atlas II, because it uses Ferro Fibrous armor it looks a little different

2) that is the WVR-7H Wolverine II, a ground up Royal Variation on the Wolverine, and evidence that Brent Evans (the illustrator of the design) is a bloody genius. it could never be the Zeus cause the Zeus is a post Exodus Mech.

the chameleons are probably RWA Mechs trying to stop those two SLDF mechs from getting where they are going. trainer role aside the Chameleon is a great cheap design.

more likely given how the arm is positioned, it is just out of view.
