Fuel cell 'mechs?
« on: August 23, 2013, 03:12:08 AM »

Has anyone designed any?  Are they even worth it?

I imagine that in universe you could rationalize them somehow.  Most likely as security elements for some installations.

Ideas?

Walegrin I'd imagine they are better than ICE Mechs but still not good enough to see line service. Strictly Militia, Noble Guard, and Corporate Security service I would think.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

The Reptar from Interstellar Expeditions
The Dig Lord from XTRO Periphery
The Vampyr ScavengerMech, Uni CargoMech, the original Dig Lord, the Marco, Pompier FireMech, and Copper SecurityMech from TRO Support Vehicles

Are all Fuel Cell Mechs
