Greetings
« on: May 31, 2011, 09:31:55 AM »

Hello ppl, I have arrived here thanks to some battlecorps link, and i have found this place, and its great, really nice reading and a lot of interesintg and elaborate histories.

I am old player of battletech, that has never left it totally, but never liked some of the changes they did to storyline, the videogames(too shooter for my taste), and I always missed the old historic line and something more related to it. So i have been spending my time btwen strategic video games (Hoi series, Witp, and others).

Its nice to see that there is ppl still with love for this game, nice work.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

If you like some of the older stuff, you'll probably love the forthcoming Historical: Reunification War.

Honestly, who won't?

I'm hoping for some scenario(s) involving penetration of Taurus. Battles among the asteroids?! Just plain awesome fun.

That, and some naval conflicts.

Don't forget the chemical weapons. Gosh, I sure hope they don't forget the chemical/biological weapons. Would be nice to see a Curse of Galedon tie-in.

Shhhh....spoilers.

Seconded. The Taurian's fanatical defense should be an interesting read. Malagrotta-like Naval battles should also be interesting.

Ciao
