If we're talking modern 3050's style Blood Spirits, then yes, they are perfect to stay. Grumpy folks who pretty much just say "But you're doing it wrong!" to everything. They are a fantastic example of what bitterness does to a culture.
If we're talking Blood Spirits as they were set up to be? Absolutely not. They must go with the Clans, as they are meant to be the guiding soul at the heart of it all.
