However, am I the only one wishing the correct option for the Mech's name is No.7?

Mainly due to the theory that if you drive a Mech called Daisy, you'd better back that up with real angry.

Scores, perhaps hundreds, of British sailors had to serve on HMS Pansy during WWI.

When the name was to be used again in WWII, a merciful moment of sanity had the name changed to HMS Heartsease before the ship was launched.

I can assure you that the habit of using the ships name to identify the crews (e.g. the crew of HMS Pansy are Pansies) did a great deal of damage... to bars and the like when they made harbour.
