Hi guys,

I have been reading a lot lately about the India Companies and I was wondering if something like this could exist in CBT.

I looked at the colony post over at CBT forums and found some interesting stuff but I am willing to go a little further than that.
Are there any rules for trades? for managing trade empires or companies?
If not, do you know any good one from any other RPG?

Most of the House books have had charts for trading border charges exports In them I'd bet it happens since plenty companies have branches in different nations

Strangely, I think the Chaos Campaign/Total Chaos system would actually work well for an adaptation of this. As it exists, it clearly wouldn't work. But you could easily take the cost of purchasing a 'Mech and turn into the cost of purchasing an entire run of 'Mechs (or whatever). That may very well enable you to do a less numbers intensive trader style game.
