Any known planet with dinosaurs on it?

Off the top of my head: yes. Caph is mentioned as the home of dinosaur-like reptiles.

Furthermore IIRC Hunter's Paradise was also populated by dinosaurs.

Hope that helps

Didn't Caph's get wiped out

Hunter's Paradise was the one I was thinking of

Other one would be Northwind/the periphery world (I can't remember) it came from for Nessie

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

They rediscovered several species in the remote areas of Caph.

No.
Page 189 of the FedCom Civil War Sourcebook states that "a scientific expedition in 3025 revealed that, deep in the jungles of Steam, some examples of the planet's original native life had survived. A nature reserve named Cretaceous Zone was opened in June of 3064".

Furthermore the planatary profile of Caph in the DA Worlds pdf clearly states that even in the Dark Age(the 3130's) there are still dinosaurs on Caph.

I remember a few dinosaur-like creatures in Major Periphery States.

A quick check shows:

The Tariq (Saurus Tariquis Brashae) from Brasha in the Outworlds Alliance which is a bipedal lizard (looks a lot like a miniature T-Rex style dinosaur although its quite lean and reminds me of a cartoony Velociraptor)

The Water Horse (Equus Oceanus Hardiseius) from Hardisey's Haven in the Circinus Federation that despite its horse like aspects reminds me a water-going dinosaur (even described as a Plesiosaur-like ocean-dweller)

Perhaps... ;)
But I doubt you need one now that you've got a severed rooster's head... ;D

A bit too small as I am looking for a bigger, meaner dinosaur.

Your best bet then is probably Hunter's Paradise, as mentioned before. I remember reading about how after the Clan invasion individual Clan warriors traveled there to hunt dinosaur-like monsters that could eaisly threaten mechs.

We included a BattleMech for the Rim Collection in the fan TRO:3063 - specifically, a modified machine from Solaris that was supposed to be the equivalent of a big game hunter's 'elephant gun'.  Piloted by the tech who was assigned to maintain it when the owner never showed up.  Saved some scientists from a Jurass-has-had-it fate, now resides on Hunter's Paradise.

Goes by 'Death Incarnate'.  Appropriate, since it has laser beam eyes!
