OBT Upgrade

I'm working an OBT upgrade to take into account some of the suggestions made by members. Please let me know if you notice anything broken.

Most of the regular site is finished.

Just in case you weren't sure of the link. The site becoming more reader/writer friendly, and easier to use. I've rewritten a lot of the custom fields and a quick user guide for existing authors. When I'm finished you won't have to wait to publish. There are a few more new features to add, but the general look is complete.

Really like what you've done with the front page. It looks great KM. Flows and feels better to me.

Well, it's less bloggy and more newspaper/magazine like. The colors are cleaner and bolder, with more emphasis on the text rather than filler-type styling. I always intended something like this from the start, but didn't really have the time to build it out. There's still more to add, but the bulk of the work is finished.
