New "Reseen" Artbashes
« on: May 19, 2010, 09:35:42 PM »

Long time back around when we were working on Fanbook 1 I produced some "reseen" artwork to represent the 3025 variants of select mechs using the Project Phoenix artwork, though there were some I was unhappy with.  Well, fast forward to the present and over the last few days I've redone them from scratch (or at least as "scratch" as an artbash can be).

Part 1
Part 2

I also did some variant artwork.
Battlemaster Variants
Stinger Variants
Thunderbolt Variants

Now, not all of them are 100% accurate, but there is a reason for that.  The Crusader and Wolverine are the D and M models respectively instead of the base models, while the medium lasers on the Rifleman and Archer were moved forward for stylistic reasons.  As for the -1S Battlemaster, that is my own take on the variant as I have never liked the original.

Good to see Project Phoenix stuff again. Like the Marauder II.

Anyway, I always liked the 3025 original ones.  :P

Each chased the Ice Hellion, hunting it down.
All failed to match the predator's speed and grace.
Khan Cage smiled and said, "And that is how we shall be."
