Page 33 of Operation Klondike specifically states:
"The 800 Warriors (plus the legacies of Nicholas, Andery and Jennifer Winson to give 803 distinct bloodlines though only 787 different names)"
So there were several other cases of Bloodnames sharing a name while being distinct - some of them wouldn't have been in the same clans of course, although the first Burrock Khans were twin brothers.
The Kerensky-Kufahl shared legacies between the Coyotes and the Wolves suggest a strong tradition of treating Andery's legacy as distinct from his brother's.
