Manei Domini Characters

I asked this on BT forum but I wondered if anyone here had seen this in any of the books?

Is there a list of the Manei Domini characters in any of the books of what they look like.

Most specifically:

Precentor Lucifer/Ravana and Precentor Azrael what they look like

Azreal is eldery and despite the cybernetics walks with a limp, though indications are that may be an "act" this limp transfers to his Black Knight, indicating a VDNI.  his eyes are either natural or the kind of prosthetic that is designed to blend in.  this can be seen in the Battlecorps Story "By the Sword"

Ravana is described in the story "From the Highest Spire" but more is made of his taloned legs and wings then any physical features.

Well this is the home of AUs Herb and at this very moment in mine the Manei Domini have been revealed.  I wanted there descriptions for a scene or two I'm doing

That was quite a bomb dropped on us that Eve was a previously seen character in Novels...

now I want to go back to just after the Blood of Kerensky trilogy and examine characters.
