The Mystery of the Beowulf C
« on: February 26, 2015, 06:48:59 AM »

Hey, guys, maybe you can help me solve this mystery I'm trying to unravel: there is a unit called the Beowulf C in MegaMek (not the Beowulf IIC, to be clear), and it also appears in the Table of Contents of RS 3085 ONN, but there is no corresponding record sheet. I can find no other direct references to it (including the MUL), although the fluff for the Beowulf IIC in TRO:Prototypes states that "Odin Manufacturing has been refitting Beowulfs with Clan technology for years." Does anyone out there know the source of the stats in MegaMek?

Technical Readout: Prototypes or Record Sheets: Prototypes.

O the All Mighty Power behind the Throne is back and showing us that he knows more than he should.  ;)
How are things going my friend? A lot of plots going on in the Inner Sphere?

Is this a reference to the new Beowulf that was in the latest XTRO? Because that's not the same as the one I'm trying to find the origin of the stats for.

It is.
Sorry if I didn't answer your question.
