Some of you may have noticed this on main forum but if you haven't here's a request
I'm hoping someone has figured this out already and has it at hand. I'm trying to figure out how long it would take a JumpShip with a Lithium Fusion Battery to go from Noisiel to Solaris to Outreach - no fast charging (other than the battery) involved.
Thanks in advance for anyone who can help. I may have further worlds to add to the list if anyone is interested in helping.
-
Might sound silly but I've just started playing around with the other megamek products other than the lab would the travel times that give be accurate if not that the expanded universe mod for hairbrained I know they've stayed as accurate as possible with their work.
-
Do they have a calculator for travel times?
-
11 Jumps 83.6 days from Noisiel to Solaris
6 Jumps 42.6 days from Solaris to Outreach
Yes MegaHQ does its pretty amazing. It would awesome to find someone thats saved a bunch of random missions to start a campaign. I could easily spend the next few months of quarantine playing this
-
It hopefully wont be months
Thanks for that though it helps give an idea
After that itll be sarna then Numenor if you fancy a challenge
-
6 Jumps 52.98 days from Outreach to Sarna
10 Jumps 71.67 days from Sarna to Numenor
-
Here is another one: Dagda (Pentagon) to Circinus. Let us see if MegaMek is up to this challenge! :)
MA
-
72 Jumps 575.15 days.
Wasn't sure it would be able to actually do this.

I need to learn more how to use it.

Thanks that's really helpful from there they will head from
Outreach to Sarna
Outreach to jump point is 3 days assuming they started charging as soon as the DropShips were clear and heading to the surface and spending a week on the surface of Outreach I'd assume they'd have a full charge waiting for them on return.
Number of jumps in between?
Sarna to Matsu?
Matsu to Sarna?
With no travel to surface with either
The jump point to Sarna is 12 days again a week on planet then 12 days back so a month in the Sarna system
then Sarna to Numenor
Number of jumps in between?
Sarna to Truth
Truth to Remshield
Remshield to Lee
Lee to Gallitzin
Galitzin to Orbisonia
Orbisonia to Kathil
Kathil to Smolensk
Smolensk to Talcott
Talcott double jump to Chebanse through uninhabited system
Chebanse double jump to Numenor
Jump point to Numenor isn't listed
If there's a faster route feel free to suggest only stipulations has to be the same JumpShip making each jump and cannot enter Capellan Confederation which on this map controls Palos, Yunnah, Corey and Quemoy
-
Outreach to Sarna
6 Jumps 52.98 days
Outreach I'd assume they'd have a full charge waiting for them on return.
176 Hours for full charge required
Number of jumps in between?
Sarna to Matsu?
1 Jump 13.99 days for charge and jump
Matsu to Sarna?
1 Jump 16.77 days for charge and jump to return
then Sarna to Numenor
10 Jumps 70.67 days
Revised listing
Sarna to Truth
Truth to Kek
Kek to Gallitzin
Gallitzin to Noh-Wan Hohm
Noh-Wan Hohm to Novaya Zemlya
Novaya Zemlya to Branzoll
Branzoll to Dol
Dol to Vecchio
Vecchio to Belladonna
Belladonna to Numenor
Jump point to Numenor isn't listed
This has it as 2.3 days

Thanks, I'd probably want to use a minimum of uninhabited systems, they want things to be in the public eye and drum up attention as they go.

Looks like Bradshaw has found a new job. ;)

It was a catch phrase for a bad american tv show in the 80s called Lifestyles of the rich and famous hosted by an Englishman named Robin Leach

I never saw it but I think I remember a song with this sentence in it.
