Attached is what I have come up with so far in an easily readable format for what 'Mechs were produced where in 3025(Successor States only ATM).  A lot of credit goes to Cazaril over on the CGL Forums for putting together a nice huge list I was able to backcheck and whittle.  Also, to those in this thread a big thank you for the help provided.  When I get a look at TRO 3050 I am going to see if more needs to be added/double checked against it and what ihave left to check of 3025/6.  I have not included Aero units, components, or Conventional units as of yet.  There's a lot more to disseminate, and I dont have some of those sources with me, though  will be busting out the old FM Periphery and checking some things.  FM C* I think is close at hand as well, so we will see.  Check it out, if anything looks to be in error or anything like that, give me a shout.  I'll keep doing what I can to continue the great collection.

As to Tikonov, based of what was built by Earthworks and mentioned in OR67 the following could be likely:

EARTHWERKS INCORPORATED
Stinger
Griffins
Cataphract
Thunderbolts
Bombardier
Thug
Thrush
Transit
CERES METAL INDUSTRIES
Vindicator

Actually if you look in the component/unit listings in the back of the OR book you can find out what was built there in the 3050s.
Pg 175 - CTF-3D Cataphract, TR-7 Thrush
Pg 176 TR-10 Transit

I think individual components may be listed but I didn't have the patience to read through all of the pages.

shwagpo, glad to help! And yeah, info on 3025 Capellan production is hilariously incomplete. Good catch with the Locust - TR:3050 says the Bergan Ares plant is partially rebuilt, but it doesn't say how long it's been damaged. Could easily have happened in the 4thSW.

I'll check your new list over when I can.
