Why are the CBT forums still down?

...Basically that.  Why is the OFFICIAL SITE still down?  I was going to buy a pdf copy of SO sometime (hopefully this month) and this isn't helping.

Um...I hate to break it to you Pins, but they're not. Try refreshing your browser cache. Head to Classicbattletech.com and then hit Ctrl-F5 (if you're using Windows) to refresh.

Boy, this is getting irritating.  KM, when try to quote you, I don't get your post in the text box.  No idea why.

Ok - went to cbt.com, and had to get a cached copy.  Pressed CTRL-F5, and it reloaded the cached page.

Erased the browsing history on the web browser, and did a search, then tried to go to the site - unable to connect.  Am I having computer problems, or what?

Just went to the CBT forum and it appears there was an attack on the site today.

News:

Apologies for the outage this morning (10AMish Friday, 4 Mar 2011), we are currently undergoing a massive denial of service attack against our mail servers, which is chewing up so much CPU there's nothing left for Apache to serve pages with. I BELIEVE I have it fixed, but no guarantees. -- DS

Seems to be working for me now.

No problems on my end....Which browser are you using?
And the preview function is currently off while Knightmare runs some modifications(I asked him the same question a few days ago in this thread:   http://ourbattletech.com/forum/index.php?topic=734.msg9689#msg9689

This is a RC5 work around (I'm in the process of writing a solution for it based on some help from the SMF Developers - lucky me I found it!)

As for not being able to Quote, I have no idea. I've tested everything in Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Chrome. I'll run a few more tests Pins. You should think about downloading Firefox. It's a great browser. Probably the best available. 

Somebody really dislikes CBT.com - I mean, well...I better not talk about it anymore.
