We know that Corean has factories in the Federated Suns and in the Free Worlds League but prior to the 1st Succession War did it have some plants in other States?

Not sure Ice but the Hegemony and even the Commonwealth could be good bets as it has similar cultural and political set up. The Hegemony has an additional benefit of being Sphere Central. However the competition might have been to stiff in these industrial giants. Kurita and Liao in said order would be less likely as economic, societal, and political differences might be too large to overcome even during the Star League. Plus they don't have the biggest industrial base.

From Handbook HD we know that Corean was once the third largest non TH based contractor for the SLDF.  They had 8 factories but only 2 survived to 3050.  The others were lost during Kerensky's drive on Terra and the Succession Wars- which implies at least 1 factory was located inside the TH.  The 3 known factories are New Avalon, Stewart and Ramen II- I have no idea where the other 5 factories are located. I don't think we have determined where the factories are for BTSD.

And no possibility of having one of them in the Periphery?

There is always a chance certainly. Perhaps not a central factory complex but a distant R&D base or frontier base I could see.

I don't currently have them with a factory in the MOC, TC or OWA.  I would probably keep their factories in the FS, FWL, TH/TR and possibly the CC.

In 2785 (at least in BTSD) they have
Majesty Metals & Manufacturing (mech factory- canopus IV, Dropship yards- Thurrock destroyed 2805)
Brigadier Corp (Marantha destroyed 2802)
Raimei (Dunianshire)
Magistracy Munitions (Dunianshire)
Lang Industries (Adherlwin - relocated to Dunianshire circa 2810)
Technicorp (Fanandir- relocated to Dunianshire circa 2810)
Holly Weapons (Booker - relocated to Dunianshire circa 2810)
Magistracy Armaments (Lindenmarle)
Vanguard Arms (megarez)
Simparms (Afarsin - relocated to Lindenmarle in 2809)
Bethonolog Heavy Manufacturing (bethonolog)

I am loath to add to many more factories because the MOC is not a major industrial power. It is also possible that some of their factories were destroyed during the uprisings.

MM&M produces Wasps Locusts & Stingers
Lang Produces Shadow Hawks
Magistracy Armaments produces Whitworths
Brigadier produces ???

I have no idea what Brigadier builds in the MOC- it is non canon and since it destroyed by 2812 I am not detailing it in FM:P.  Possible candidates for being built there are the Griffin, Crusader, Scorpion and Goliath.  Most likely it is the Scorpion and the Crusader.

It's possible but unlikely- the way I read it the drive on terra is different from the Rim Worlds Campaign.    The drive on Terra usually refers specifically to the campaign to liberate the Hegemony.

Er isn't the Crusader a Kallon Industries design?

Although i suppose they may have licensed it out.

While Kallon designed the Crusader in 3025 the mech was also produced by Brigadier (Oliver) and TharHes (Tharkad).  While the TharHes Factory was only recently constructed, the Brigadier factory goes back to the SL era.  Per Project Phoenix Brigadier licensed the design during the SL Era.
