There were certain vehicles in TRO 3025 and 3026 that were indeed available during the 1st Succession War. I'll have to get the list. However these vehicles are the exception and not the rule as many were developed later, apparently.
Designs in R&D are just that 6.
Thanks for the info Irose. That doesn't necessarily contradict and could even show a Liao military reformation circa 2799. Folding units together, disbanding others, etc.

Nice list, only 1 problem that i can see and that is the Hi-Scout Drone Carrier which entered service in 3000 with the LCAF.

One thing that is becoming apparent as i troll through the TRO's is that in 2785 most military production is within the former Terran Hegemony.
Also i wonder why the Lyran Commonwealth didn't make use of Captured Rim Worlds factories?

Well the TH industry produced for the 300 division SLDF, the house plants for the 200 regiment house militas so it is hardly surprising that most military hardware was Terran made.
I doubt the SLDF left much behind of the official Rim military industry but used it for parts in their efforts to repair the TH. Also most of the major facilities would be outside the regular Rim worlds and the LC never even annexed the entire Rim.

Well the rim worlds factory that produced the Rampage (ISP2) is listed as destroyed in 2767 yet during the jihad Defience Industries were able to refit it starting in 3070 and have it producing 3 design's by 3075, Mongoose II, Zeus & Banshee (TRO3075). So if it could be repaired that fast after 300 years why didn't the Lyran Commonwealth put it back into production in 2785?
I've 6 12 hour shifts this week so i'll finish my list from the TRO's on friday.

Okay guys I’m drawing up some of the best indicators for force strength in the InnerSphere as we speak. That being the SLDF assignment list in 2764. Although I can’t find it exact somewhere there is a reference of 2 to 1 superiority for the SL Regular Army. Appreciate if some one could find that quote. Anyway got some other interesting things to share.
First up the Arms Control Timeline of the Star League and the questions I think it raises -
2650 The Star League passes its famous arms control edict limiting the number of troops each House could raise. (SLSB pg. 69)
Question 1; How many troops did each House have on average?
2752 During the Spring meeting of the High Council passed an Amendment to the Edict of 2650 which doubles the original allowance. They did so without Kerensky's authorization which was required by law. To pay for this military expansion they levied taxes on the Periphery the following year. (SLSB pg. 69)
Question 2; How many troops did each House have on average after the Amendment?
Question 3; Were the Houses who were previously fighting the 3rd Hidden War violating these limits prior?
Question 4; With under 30 years to the end of the Star League did the Houses ever reach these limits?
Question 5; If so how quickly did they?
2766-7 The Amaris Coup effectively blurs the legal powers of the Star League making enforcement of Arms Restrictions entirely implausible in my view. Also the Star League (Loyalist Regiments) and possibly even the Amaris Empire (mercenaries) is going to consume a large amount of equipment.
Question 6; Will this conflict impact the Houses buildup?
Question 7; When do the Houses cutoff Kerensky and the SLDF?
Question 8; 2779 or later?
2781 The High Council effectively dissolves the Star League which ends any arms control measures. This gives the Houses four years of unrestricted expansion.
Question 9; What can they accomplish in this time period?
Question 7 - Not near my books but there's a reference in the Starslayer entry of TRO:3058 that basically says the LCAF was receiving its Starslayers whilst kerensky's SLDF was not due to the Steiner buricratic delays. Not sure if it has dates but might be an indication of what was happening accross the inner sphere.

Probably because they were to busy upgrading and refitting their own mech plants with the new SL tech, and later in the war to busy just keeping them running. After the disasterous loss of Hesperus and Coventry in the Jihad the Lyrans were desperate enough to look under every rock and that is when they spent the time and effort needed to fix this plant.

I do not know if it is 100% accurate but I have it also for Clans and for every big piece of hardware.
To get back to the Starslayer, problems in production prevented Blue Shot to produce it before 2774.
Blue Shot used the excuse of not knowing where the SLDF units were to delay shipments (the LCAF receiving them in time).
The first shipments arrived in 2781 after the end of the Amaris' Coup and the activation of penalty clauses for not filling the contract.
Robert Steiner II is probably the main reason behind these problems but would all the Houses act like this?

Well the LCAF faces many obstacles at this time. Personnel lose due to the Amaris Coup and a war on the Rim chief among them. No doubt Lyran nationalistic traits (Social Generals) would reemerge hampering their effectiveness further. The Archon is likely a part of the problem at the time but Commonwealth industry is likely torn in two supporting Kerensky and Robert.
BTW, special thanks to Irose for finding this reference.

HSSB P. 37
They passed an amendment to Michael Cameron's Edict of 2650 which now permitted each member-state's House Military to double in size. It was rumored that Kerensky was enraged to learn that the Star League mech regiments would no longer outnumber House Regiments two to one in the military forces stationed in each realm.

Well both Kurita & Marik refused to let SLDF troops use bases in there territory so i'd be amazed if they allowed any military shippments. As for Steiner, Liao & Davion if they think they can get away with it then, yeah i think they would.
