Overview:
Synonymous with House Kurita, the Jenner has been tied to its heights and
depths over the centuries. The new factory built on Luthien with ComStar help
doesn't produce the classic JR7-D however. Instead the Gunji-no-Kanrei has
opted to use it to bring advanced technology to bear and the JR8-K removes the
usual armament in favour of a pair of arm-mounted Light PPCs, providing
unexpected range for the light 'Mech although the maximum possible damage is
less than it once was.
Deployment:
Theodore Kurita has ear-marked the new Jenners for his crack Ryuken and
Genyosha regiments where they are often paired with an older Jenner - something
that's proven to be a very effective team.

Overview:
The Combine's infamous Panther has a whole new aura of deadliness as Alshain
Weapons has begun building the new PNT-9K at their Jarrett plant, setting aside
the short-range missiles to free up the tonnage for one of their new Heavy
PPCs.
Popular with samurai ethos of a single decisive strike, the Heavy PPC strains
the Panther's cooling capacity severely so a coolant pod has been fitted,
allowing the Panther to resolve the heat burden caused by sustained fire of its
only weapon.
Deployment:
At this time the new Panther is being kept tightly under the control of the
Coordinator's favorites as part of the ongoing power struggle between the
Dragon and his Heir. The Otomo have several with others being assigned to

With the FWLM's new multi-missile launchers known to all their neighbours, news
of an upgraded Trebuchet was assumed to be intending to use the same
technology. Instead Regulan investment in Irian has been repaid with an
entirely new missile system, sacrificing accuracy in favour of heavier
throw-weight and deeper ammunition bins.
Variants:
Irian have licensed the design to Corean and Kali Yama so the FWLM can expect
to have access to the new Trebuchet shortly. For now however it can only be
found in the Regulan Hussars and associated militia units.
