if I bothered to fluff this out it would be a jihad era recreation of the Loki in principle for worlds that can build better then primitive machines.  Might as well strap double heat sinks to the engine I guess.

this actually begs the question, why not a Loki-KU, since the Inner Sphere already knocked off the Black hawk and Battle Cobra (I could make an argument for the Crossbow as well, but the Age of War mech solved that.
