How would you portray Vampire Fangs in Battletech?

as in if I wanted my mech to have a functioning mandible with pronounced Canine teeth designed to bite through armor?


I really wouldn't, as that kind of Melee attack serves no functional purpose and could injure the pilot.  as they say, no one wins in a headbutt

I was thinking of a more cosmetic thing but the rules for cosmetic "improvements" don't really fit here.

the infamous "Grinner" modifacation of plate steel welded on the head module would do it then.  the Solaris VIII map pack had rules for cosmetic mods.

The Solaris VII Werewolf mini might be a way of doing it. Or you could have cockpit that is inside the "vampire's mouth" and have the fangs frame it.

Why not? In the TRO, it looked more like they were painted.
