Post threshold for posting attachments?

Hi.
Is there a number of posts threshold I have to pass to post attachments?
Or did I just encounter a glitch?

OK, tried again and got another error. (Maybe the error is between the keyboard and the back of the chair??)
Guess I'll check again after 10.


And now I get to walk the fine line between hitting the 10 quickly and avoiding spamming the board...
