The Undead
« on: October 04, 2016, 03:48:33 PM »

So I was a fan of ClickWarrior and the Wizkids Era.  everything that was done to push the envelope of the Battletech IP was great in my opinion and it really paid some positive dividends moving forward.  I wish the IP did that these days.... *SIGH*

anyway one of the last Clickwarrior products was a 4 mech pack called the Undead lance.  this small mercenary unit of "Zombie" themed machines was really cool and I loved how the pilots and mechs all worked together in a cohesive team.  with enough fanagling you could fit the lance in a standard 600 point game and really run the board with them.

so for a decade plus I have been waiting to have the Clickwarrior undead in Pewter.  as of yesterday I got my wish.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

I don't recognise them.

It's a nice paint job

I liked the Undead Lance a group of warriors who had mysterious benefactors and came straight out of prison

It was good to see these designs appear in the faction field manuals
