I'm sure they've got plans pigeonholed somewhere for the possible invasion of Britain by the former Portuguese colony of Macau. :o

Turn it back over to the Turks.  No, wait a second they did a crappy job when they were in charge.  The Romans?  No, that whole Byzantine thing was a disaster and the Italians have their own problems right now.  The Antigonids?  Like good Macedonians they spent most of their time killing eachother.  The Thebians?  They haven't done anything since Epaminondas.  The Spartans?  Too nuts.  The Athenians?  Well, if you want a lot of talking but nothing ever getting done then maybe.  The Mycenaeans?  Only if you need to sack Troy.  Well dang, nobody has ever been able to do anything with Greece.  Just a source for olives, lamb and ouzo then I guess.
