Greetings All, I like AU's I see here
« on: June 12, 2013, 11:49:27 PM »

I good friend and writing partner Corsair_SG told me about here, I did not like the way canon battletech was going so I drifted way, I still do AU stuff with Corsair_SG mainly the ground stuff to complement his aero stuff.

Well where do I start, I have been a shadow on the boards for a while, a few of the members here know me from other boards most notibly the Heavy Metal boards and New Solaris, I been Battle Tech in its many forms since the early 80's when it first came out and I was in the military in Japan.

I was in the Marine Corps from 1981-1994, I was in Z3 Logistics Field, my primary was as an accountant but most of the time I was in supply, spent alot of time assigned to CSSD's (Combat Service Support Detachements) that were assigned to different Special Operations Teams at Camp LeJeune, at diferent times I was stationed on Okinawa 3rd FSSG and MWSS172 of 1st MAW, Headquarters 4th MarDiv in New Orleans and did alot of time at Camp LeJeune , North Carolina. While at Camp LeJeune I was with FMFLant HQDet, 2nd FSSG, MCB (at the Engineer School).

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.
