Not really. I don't DO sweets, so a cake is somewhat problematic...now, if it was covered in hot sauce I'd probably have a piece. Still, tradition dictates candles and a bite of something sweet so I usually ask for a little cannoli (minus the choco chips.) One nibble later and I've appeased the birthday gods.
