So I followed a trail of bread crumbs from the official BT forums and it led me here, and I have to say it amused me to see the forum stats say "please welcome Jimmyray73, our newest member."  When even the automated functions are that friendly it's gotta be worth checking out, eh?  Got high hopes, indeed I do...
