Why every time you look at the CBT Universe, things are beginning to explode in the whole galaxy?

The Three Laws of Blacknova

First Law: When investigating BattleTech, Blacknova will always find Alternate Universe Continuity Start Points.
1a. This is also similar to Takiro's First Law, Knightmare's First Law, DreadMores First Law, Drakensis's First Law et. etc. etc.

Second Law: Alternate Universes discovered by Blacknova will always be developed in such an over detailed fashion as to resemble actual Kearny-Fuchida Hyperdrives.
2a. It is said by some, that of you stare at Blacknova's work for too long, the true fate of the Wolverines will reveal itself.

Third Law: Blacknova's universes will always, due to the second law, develop thier own metaphoric gravity well and collapse in chaos and war.
3a. This is also know as the Rule of Cool, as nobody like PeaceTech and you don't win friends with salad.

I would agree with you Blacknova but I found a point of divergence in this thread long before this post.

Knightmare's 3rd Law: Argue. Even with his own work.
3a. Yea, no one wins friends with salad, unless it's a steak salad and lettuce is used as a garnish.

Edit: Little early for that. Little hung over.

Playing Rugby and going on tours would make me a group exhibitionist...not sure if that is a good or bad thing?

SUMMAY REPORT - COMGUARDS REDEPLOYMENT AND REORGANISATION

TO:  AMC HQ OUTREACH
CC:  ALL AMC CORPS AND REGIMENTAL HQs
The following report summarised the current reorganisation of the ComGuards following their deployment in support of AMC operations in and around the Chaos March.  The current deployment is designed to fortify the Clan/Inner Sphere Border area, as well as provide forces for the coming Case White.

The Redeployment
The ComGuards began moving their heavy combat forces from all non-Clan front postings in mid-3066, in line with the plans drawn up between the ComGuards and the Allied Mercenary Command.  By the end of April 3067, all 28 Divisions were in place.  However, with Divisions drawn from across several armies, the current Level V organisational structure required change.

Upon his reappointment as ComGuard Precentor Martial in June of 3067, Victor Steiner-Davion set about rearranging the Army Level structure of the ComGuards, to better reflect their current assignments.  The new organisation would do away with the old twelve armies, based on pie slices of the Inner Sphere, and instead become regionally focused, allowing for more compact and easily managed army level deployments.

Forces along the Jade Falcon border region of the Lyran Commonwealth now came under the command of the Fifth Army, with those Divisions along the Ghost Bear border in the Draconis Combine now being commanded by Sixth Army.  The Seventh Army became a small but concentrated command, consisting of those forces, both ComGuard and ComGuard Mercenary, in the Free Rasalhague Republic.

The Precentor Martial considered splitting the now large Fifth Army into two armies, but in the end decided that the single formation would suffice.  This may have been to ensure some of the less reliable formations were watched over both loyal Divisions and a single trustworthy Army Command.

Sixth Army has few of Fifth Army’s problems, being smaller and uniformly reliable, whilst Seventh Army is probably the most powerful formation within the ComGuards.  It is interesting to note that the Seventh has been left on the Clan front and is not to be utilised in Case White.

The new First Army formed on Northwind with six Divisions, and is currently tasked with the assault on North America, with the Hilton Head Island complex as its primary target.  As a standard sized ComGuards Army level formation, First Army is a strong force of largely reliable units.

Second Army is currently billeted on Capolla, with six Divisions, and will form the main assault force for Europe and the Sandhurst complex.  Although not quite as strong as First Army, Second Army is still a powerful formation.

Third Army’s five Divisions are currently on Terra Firma and will be used to capture and hold various facilities across the Terran system, notably Mars, Titan and Luna.  The lack of experience in some of Third army’s constituent Divisions is the reason for the Army’s posting to lesser targets.

Fourth Army is based of Outreach presently and will form the Case White reserve, with its five Divisions currently training with Wolf’s Dragoons.  The two Elite formation will likely be used to strengthen key assaults, whereas the three Green Divisions will probably see little more than garrison assignments.

The ComGuard Eighth Army is currently holding in the Sparta system and has what could be both the easiest and most difficult of assignments, the destruction of Blakeist facilities and forces on and above Gibson in the Free Worlds League.  Although ComGuard HQ seems confidant in Operation SAGGER’s ability to draw off Free Worlds League Military forces from the system, the fact remains that if the FWLM stays put, SAGGER may well end in a ComGuard bloodbath.  Although Eighth Army appears to be a direct split of Elite and Green Formations, several Level III’s are being exchanged between the Divisions to ensure a better mix of experience across the army.

Currently the ComGuard Fleet has been massed in just three systems, with the Draconis Combine Admiralty and Lyran Alliance Navy left to hold the Clan border.  First Fleet, with the bulk of the Navy is now over Northwind and will jump into the Terran system in advance of the ground assault units.  Second Fleet is tasked with assisting the Gibson operation and the entire complement of ComStar Faslane YardShips are now over Outreach, in anticipation of heavy fighting in the Terran system.

You know there is something wrong with the FWL, when Word's spell check changes Impavido to Impetigo and Zechetinu to Secretion.
