Wasn't going to post more until they were done, but I just finished the 2nd last entry - and turned off the power bar with my foot.  Lost 2 hours of work!  A good reminder to auto save, I guess.  You can tell these aren't really ready, given the highlighting, mixed bold printing, etc.

Here's a different layout, given the short entries work well like this.  A lot of the book will be single page entries, but I deliberately wanted something different for these.
