So whats everyones take on the situation in the korean peninsula following the DPRK's artillery strike on the ROK and the ROK's response?

I see that the USS George Washingtons battlegroup has been ordered into the area.

The 6 powers and the rest of the world have to stop caving when the DPRK excelates then says, give us something and we will stand down.  Every time its done, it just perpetuates the cycle and justifies the method.  Cut em off and then let them wither.
