Any ideas?
« on: November 08, 2017, 09:11:08 AM »

I bought a new laptop and it doesn't seem to want to Solaris Skunk Werks

I tried to download Java but again it just doesn't seem to want to launch.  Each time it comes up as a JAR file but on my old laptop it appears as an Executable JAR File

Any ideas?

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

Just a grip. My biggest frustration with any Mech design program (Heavy Metal) is that they don't work with newer systems. I still maintain that if you really want to grow this game (BattleTech board) you have to have some sort of computer aided (Design Programs, To-Hit Calculators for example) software to streamline play. It would then effectively mix minis and math into a single concept.

All failed to match the predator's speed and grace.
Khan Cage smiled and said, "And that is how we shall be."
