Take a look at the Periphery BattleMech Divisions too. Their equipment is somewhere. Word of Blake of the Periphery Uprising.

Another thought which maybe I haven't touched on is Project Phoenix finding SLDF MIA units in the Periphery.

Umm. Project Phoenix was the project that led to Super Wasp and the Hatchetman think your thinking something else. Or you own Project Phoenix

Fanbook 2 - Project Phoenix bud. Basically a reconstruction effort begun after the conquest of the Rim Worlds to help restore the Hegemony.
