This was built by Vition2 as a modern interpretation of the Du Shi Wang which is in service with the Capellan Confederation.

Overview
The Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation Dao-Shen Liao called for a
Du Shi Wang-class Battleship of the modern era building it within the Shennong
moon of the Sian system. The Chancellor had several overiding factors with the
new Du Shi Wang specifically that it could be used to bombard a planetary surface.
Capabilities
The Du Shi Wang (Upgrade) as it was named when the first ship was launched
in 3096 was a significant upgrade over the original design with the original
armament supplemented with a six Killer Whale Capital Missile launchers, twenty-five
Piranha Sub-capital Missile launhcers and a single Light Mass Driver for bombardment
on a ground target. For defence the new Du Shi Wang is defended by an incredible
sixty-four anti-missile systems. The Capellans used the most advanced and
expensive type of armour to defend the ship while also increasing the tonnage over
the original design.
The small craft complement of the new design has been expanded over the
original Battleship class the new design with thirty-four additional aerospace
fighters more than the original vessel. The WarShip has four additional DropShip
collars than the original class.
Deployment
The first ship the CCSS Chancellor's Destiny was launched under the
Du Shi Wang (Upgrade) designator something that stuck with the ship until 3105
when the CCSS Chancellor's Sword was launched and Chancellor Dao-Shen Liao
stepped on the ship. Feeling the power of the 900,000 tonne WarShip under him
the Capellan Chancellor decreed that the vessel was the Bian Cheng Wang;
named for the ruler of the sixth court of the Chinese hell.
