A wee while ago I asked for submissions for a small design challenge.  I've finally added some fluff my thanks to Epoch Rooster and Cosair_SG for their suggestions which resulted in this one.

Overview
   Developed in 3089 by Clan Snow Raven for Clan Hell's Horse
as the recieving Clan needed mobile production and maintenance facilities
within their new occupation zone to allow them to keep up with the other Clans.

Capabilities
   The vessel is well armed for a maintenance and construction vessel
with multiple Naval Particle Cannons and Autocannons for its naval firepower
while it also carries an array of Short Range Missile and Long Range Missile
launchers supported by a battery of conventional large lasers and micro pulse
lasers which are used for point defence.  As the ship is not designed to engage
other units it lacks the heavy armour of dedicated WarShips while it also lacks
Artemis FCS systems and dedicated Anti-Missile defence systems.
   The craft's main features are an unpressurized maintenance bay for
JumpShips and WarShips up to 500,000 while production facilities on board the
vessel allow for production of DropShips up to 5,000 tons, Aerospace fighters,
small craft, weapons and electronics.  Eight DropShips assist in the vessel's
actions.

Deployment
   By 3091 three vessels had been constructed at the Quatre Belle naval
facilities by the Snow Ravens for Clan Hell's Horse.  While a fourth such craft was
under construction for use by Clan Snow Raven.

Really, as long as there is an unbroken line of people calling themselves "Clan Nova Cat," it doesn't really matter to me if they're still using Iron Wombs or not. They may be dead as a faction, but as a people they still exist. It's not uncommon in the real world, after all.

Vast majority of the Hell's Horses small arms, vehicles, Mech components etc

The three original ships were built more as a stopgap for the Horses who lack shipyards or any major existing production facilities.  Unlike the other Clans the Hell's Horses have not pushed deep enough into the IS to claim well developed planets
