Adgenda Proposed by the FRAC

The Magestrix has asked me to post the following for her:

The Magistracy proposes that a new medical university be constructed, primarily with Terran equipment and Canopian staff, but with contributions by all states, to investigate and improve medical science.

All breakthroughs and new findings would be shared with all participating states.

The Terran Hegemony will take this suggestion under advisement. Since FRAC included our participation without consultation first, the Hegemony will need a moment to consider.

After some debate, the Terran leadership has decided that it is in the best interest of the Hegemony to sell our medical equipment to interested parties. All purchased equipment will come with a full Terran warranty—voided if tampered with—and we will train your technicians and medical staff on their use. A maintenance contract is required, and costs extra.

Shipping is not included, and all trainees must be vetted before inclusion in the program. The Hegemony reserves the right to cancel our contract at any time. However, the Hegemony will offer a 10% discount on the first year's purchase.
